My new calling in my new ward is the FHE Mom!! I love it because I love the kids in my ward, and I love the activities that I get to plan. Now that it is summer, I feel like I definitely have more freedom with activities than I did last time I had this calling.
This last Monday, we had a bonfire at the lake! It was probably my favorite activity that we have had so far! Buuuuut, we got there, and it was SWARMING with mosquitos! I have never seen so many mosquitos in my life! A storm was rolling in, which didn't help, either! You can even see some of the mosquitos swarming in the photos! I waked away with only two bug bites. I have no idea what happened, but what a blessing!!!
I took my camera to this activity and got some awesomeeeeee shots of the fire. I am a little obsessed with it. Oh, and the fact that we burned MCAT Prep books. Priceless.
