Sarah is my little sister. 

She is going to be a senior this coming school year, and I think she and I have been talking about her senior photos for years. 

We wanted to do something super different, but so awesome. 

This had to be killer.

We took some photos up at our cabin in Weber Canyon (which is my favorite place on earth) and then we took some here at the lava rock. The locations were both so beautiful and so unique. Like, I have never seen anything like this before!

Ok these two are the cutest. 

We met up, and right before we snapped the first photo, it started to rain. It had stormed pretty bad that morning, and we had been hoping it would hold out and not rain during the shoot!

But it poured. 

and I am glad that it did. 

The colors that come out during rainstorms are like nothing else! Despite the rain and wind, we busted these gorgeous photos out in a matter of 30-40 minutes. 

I think that is a new record of some sort.
